Service No.031： ISMS third-party audit service (Conformity Assessment simulation)

• Outline of our service

This service is targeting organizations that haven’t had ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 (JIS Q 27001: 2014) certified.
If you wish to objectively evaluate the conformity of your management system before the inspection or if you wish to evaluate the gap between the current information security state and the information security state based on the standard, we conduct a conformity assessment simulation in the same procedure as the ispection of conformity assessment.

• Adequateness of our service

The service No. 031: ISMS third-party audit service (Conformity Assessment simulation) that we conduct is to confirm the suitability of “7.5 Documented information” of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 (JIS Q 27001: 2014) mainly together with the documented ISMS across the board. Because we conduct audits in the same procedure as the inspection of ISMS conformity assessment, this service is most suitable for the self-check of the organizations for an upcoming inspection.
In addition, our auditors hold the “ISMS ISO 27001 Lead Auditor” of the ISMS Auditor Evaluation and Registration System specified by the Japanese Registration of Certificated Auditors (JRCA) of Japan Standards Association so that we have the competence to confirm the optimum conformity to the customer who will have an audit.

Step2 : Requirement confirmation
We will email a “Survey Sheet”, so please reply after filling in. Based on the “Survey Sheet” received, we will proceed again after developing the “Audit Program”.

Step3 : Estimate and application
After approval of the “audit program” and the estimate prepared in Step 2, we will accept an official application with your signature.

Step4 : Implementation of an audit
In accordance with the “audit program” developed in Step2, we will conduct the audit.

Step5 : Report
In accordance with the “audit program” developed in Step2, we will report the result of the audit
