service No.011： ISMS first-party audit service (Internal audit)

• Outline of our service

This service is targeting organizations that already have ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 (JIS Q 27001: 2014) certified.
We, with having meetings with a client, develope an “audit program” including the “implementation date”, ” implementation place”, “auditor”, “target department for audit ” and “scope and object of audit “, and will cover the audit described in “9.2 ISMS Internal Audit” of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013.

• Adequateness of our service

The service No. 011 ISMS first-party audit service (internal audit) that we conduct will be carried out in accordance with “9.2 Internal audit of ISMS” of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and ISO 19011: 2011 (JIS Q 19011: 2012) .
Therefore, it is possible to submit the “audit report” developed by this service during surveillance of ISMS conformity assessment to an inspection company as a result of internal audit.
In addition, our auditors hold the “ISMS ISO 27001 Lead Auditor” of the ISMS Auditor Evaluation and Registration System specified by the Japanese Registration of Certificated Auditors (JRCA) of Japan Standards Association so that we have the competence to confirm the optimum conformity to the customer who will have an audit.

Step1 : Reception

Step2 : Requirement confirmation
We will email a “Survey Sheet”, so please reply after filling in. Based on the “Survey Sheet” received, we will proceed again after developing the “Audit Program”.

Step3 : Estimate and application
After approval of the “audit program” and the estimate prepared in Step 2, we will accept an official application with your signature.

Step4 : Implementation of an audit
In accordance with the “audit program” developed in Step2, we will conduct the audit.

Step5 : Report
In accordance with the “audit program” developed in Step2, we will report the result of the audit
