ISO9001(QMS)

(Outline of the standard)

1.ISO9001 series

In order for an organization (company, etc.) to respond to the needs of customers, it is necessary to take up information on needs (input) and to provide it by reflecting it in products or services (output).

Converting this input to output is called “process” in ISO. In order to respond to constantly changing customer needs, continuous improvement of the process is called the quality management system.

The requirements of the quality management system are stipulated in ISO 9001 in the ISO 9000 series. This requirement is written in a generic expression so that it can correspond to any type of industries or organizations.

2.Management system certification registration system

Third parties assess that products and processes conform to requirements of a specific standard, while the certification or registration bodies assess that the quality or environmental management system of the organization (company, factory, etc.) conforms to the requirements of ISO 9000 series or ISO 14001 respectively.
If they are compatible, its suppliers and business operators are registered and publicized which is called the management system certification registration system.

(Construction point of ours)

Regarding as an important point to make full use of the contents of the ISO 9000 series and still to comply with the original purpose of ISO in addition to the ISO 9001 which is the subject of the review of the “Management system certification registration system”, we propose the following.

  1. Properly notifying what the “original purpose of quality management” is, we provide a mechanism to break away from “visualization of work” to “process of product requirements realization”.
  2. We provide a mechanism for growth considering the value for clients (realization of product requirements). From “product out type design” to “market in type design”.
  3. We provide “Contents that enhance quality awareness through quality activities” including the following:
1)Creating a reporting, communication, consultation mechanism (for sharing quality information)
2)Creating a mechanism that “does not depend too much on competence and decision of individuals”
3)Creating a mechanism for internal communication
4)Creating a mechanism of the Human Resource Management
